The setting was incredible, near to Arequipa, and all the tourist attractions. I have just spent 1 day in guest room and truly enjoyed it.

The staff at this place were mind-blowingly amazing! They were super smiley and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They even gave us coca tea to combat the altitude when we arrived in the city. The location of the hotel was jaw-droppingly fantastic, right in the center with everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a good hot shower and comfy beds. The staff spoke some English and were always available at the 24-hour reception. They also helped us find a cheap taxi and organize trips to the nearby attractions. a truly exceptional experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off the main plaza with plenty of restaurants nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better location, as everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The hotel was also very clean, and our room was spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They allowed us to check in early and even provided a complimentary breakfast on our first morning. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to use the fridge during our week-long stay.

Great location, central to plaza de armas. Good value for 100 soles per person, plus 20 soles for private bathroom. Helpful staff, with 5.30 am check-in and check-out. Cleanest place I've stayed in South America, with hot water and amenities like tea and coffee. Bit cramped but had a nice desk. Reliable wifi.

I had a decent stay at this place during my Christmas trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water was always available. The hotel's location was great, just a short walk from the central plaza and other attractions. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, letting me check in early in the morning.

There were a couple of downsides. The noise from a neighboring building was quite annoying in the mornings, as someone would speak over a loudspeaker.
